Mission & Vision
Mission
The Nithyananda Vedic Temple at San Jose - Madurai serves as a sacred Punya Kshetra and Theertha Sthala for Hinduism in Northern California. This temple was lovingly named "Madurai" by SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam during its formal inauguration, reflecting its deep connection to ancient South Indian Shaivite traditions.
During the sacred inauguration ceremony, SPH personally blessed the temple and formally inaugurated the gnanalaya - one of the largest libraries for Hinduism in the San Jose-Madurai temple. This library represents SPH's vision to preserve and disseminate authentic Vedic and Agamic knowledge to the Silicon Valley community and beyond.

Vision
Kailasa San Jose - Madurai is entrusted with creating a complete enlightenment ecosystem in Northern California, serving as a spiritual anchor for the Bay Area. The temple's vision embodies SPH's comprehensive KAILASA model: authentic worship, power manifestation science taught by committed sannyasis, extensive spiritual education through its gnanalaya library, and joyful Hindu living accessible to all ages.
Strategically located in Silicon Valley, the temple uniquely bridges ancient Vedic wisdom with modern innovation, creating a blueprint for enlightened living where technology and spirituality harmoniously coexist to serve humanity's highest evolution.
About Kailasa
KAILASA represents the macrocosmic ancient Hindu enlightened civilization committed to bringing "Living Enlightenment" to humanity. Its mission focuses on reviving and sharing the practical sciences of authentic Hinduism - including cosmic physics, alchemy, cosmology, biology, mathematics, and Power Manifestation - as revived by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism.
These profound sciences, once flourishing across 56 nations over millennia, now face extinction due to sustained persecution. KAILASA transcends territorial boundaries by establishing hundreds of enlightenment ecosystems globally.
Today, thirty million global adherents across 100+ nations support two billion Hindus worldwide. These Adi Shaivites form remarkably successful communities everywhere they reside, creating KAILASA to share this enlightened lifestyle as service to humanity.
KAILASA currently functions as a consortium of interconnected micronations housing Hindu universities, gurukuls, temple-monastery complexes, food banks, animal shelters, and libraries - many serving as de facto spiritual embassies for this enlightened nation.
